I didn't have much time to take these, because I had a sleepy baby and a husband with me. However, I hope I was able to capture some examples of "empty". These were taken at the Snoqualmie Railroad Museum.

WONDERFUL! Everything works--the perspective, the lighting, the composition, and the fact that you have it in B&W. Much more effective that way.
